  • The user selects the desired products.
  • Added to the cart and the order is processed via online form.
  • The order is confirmed once the corresponding payment has been made.

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are detailed before completing the purchase.

6. Shipping and delivery:

  • Only available in mainland Spain (unless previously agreed).
  • The usual delivery time is 24–72 business hours.
  • Fresh meat is delivered using refrigerated transport to ensure the cold chain is maintained.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns:

In accordance with Art. 103 of the Consumer Law, withdrawal is not applicable to perishable products such as fresh meat, except in case of defect or error in the order. In case of an issue, you must contact albusargentina@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt.

The products are guaranteed against quality or delivery defects.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction:

The contractual relationship will be governed by Spanish law. For conflict resolution, the parties shall submit to the courts of Barcelona.
