Albus was born from a simple yet profound dream: that choosing meat would be much more than a purchase, becoming a conscious act and a path toward good eating.
We are from Tucumán, in northern Argentina, where asado is not just food: it’s tradition, gathering, and the perfect excuse to come together with our loved ones around the fire.
César is passionate about cooking and, above all, about asado. With that passion and the conviction that we could create something of our own, he decided to leave the company where he worked. after reflecting on what truly made us happy and what we were good at, Albus was born.
More than six years that we have been living in Spain, and during this time we discovered that what inspires us most is bringing that way of experiencing the table closer: with quality, respect for the product, and the certainty that eating well starts with choosing well.
That’s how Albus, with the idea of transforming the everyday into something that transcends:
