Cured Goat Cheese | San Antonio

Made with Murciano-Granadina goat’s milk, low pasteurization. Maturation time between three and ten months. 

It has a cylindrical shape, completely smooth. Depending on the aging time, it can be brittle when sliced. Soft on the palate, as you chew, almond and hazelnut notes emerge, culminating with roasted hints. The aftertaste is pleasant and long-lasting.
